Returns Policy
We operate a 30 day returns policy on our full price items.
Please note, there are no refunds on any sale products. Sales are final on these lines.
You, the customer, are responsible for paying postage for any return unless we have sent an item in error or the item is faulty. We highly recommend a tracked service for high value items as we cannot be held responsible for anything damaged or lost in transit.
Shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted from any refunds
We ask that items are packed appropriately and returned in the same condition they were delivered to you. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Exchanges - Unfortunately we cannot exchange products due to the way our sales system is set up. A refund would need to be processed for anything being returned provided it meets our refund criteria. A separate purchase would need to be made as a new order for anything else you, the customer, would require.
Vinyl, CDs, & Other Media - We cannot accept returns of any order once any seal/shrink wrap has been broken unless the item has been sent in error or is faulty. Any unsealed items from our stocks are clearly stated in the description and will therefore benefit from the sealed restriction. Any returns will be inspected before making a decision on the refund.
Home scented product - We cannot accept returns on these products unless there is a genuine fault or the item has arrived to you damaged.
Electronic/Battery/Plug based items - Returns will only be accepted if the item is still factory sealed, exactly as sent. If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us to arrange a return.
All other items - Must be in an unused and where applicable, sealed condition as originally purchased.
Gift Cards - Cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item (received date tracked by Royal Mail) via the contact section to discuss any potential return. If 30 days have passed, we can no longer agree to the return of an item.
Please allow up to 10 working days for any refund to arrive back at your account depending on your bank/payment vendor.
We will always try to support you and give you a suitable outcome.
